Quality results come from following the right steps from start to finish.
We evaluate the area to understand existing lawn conditions, sunlight, elevation changes, property layout, and what you want from the finished lawn.
Existing grass, weeds, roots, rocks, and debris are removed as needed so the area is ready for the next stage of work.
We smooth the surface, address low spots where needed, and prepare the soil to create consistent contact underneath the sod.
Fresh sod is installed tightly with staggered seams and carefully fitted around walkways, driveways, landscape beds, trees, and other property features.
The newly installed lawn is rolled to improve contact with the soil, and initial watering begins so rooting starts properly.
We clean up the work area and explain watering, foot traffic, mowing, and what to expect during the early establishment period.
The right grass depends on more than appearance. Sunlight, foot traffic, maintenance preferences, seasonal color, and the conditions on your property all influence which option makes the most sense.
Fescue is a cool-season grass known for its rich green color and traditional lawn appearance. It works well for properties with a combination of sun and partial shade, though it generally requires more ongoing care than the warm-season options below.
Bermuda is a warm-season grass that thrives in sunny, warm conditions and stands up well to regular foot traffic. It goes dormant and turns brown during colder weather, then resumes active growth as temperatures rise.
Zoysia is a dense warm-season grass with strong summer performance and good durability. It offers a polished appearance and generally grows more slowly than Bermuda once established. We offer Zoysia varieties including Zenith and Zeon.
Centipede is a warm-season grass known for its lighter green color and lower-maintenance growth. It is often chosen by homeowners who want a lawn that requires less mowing and fertilization than many other options.
Not sure which sod is right for your lawn? We can help you choose!

Sod installation is priced by the project because the amount of work can vary quite a bit from one property to another.
A small repair on a prepared area is very different from replacing an entire lawn that needs removal, grading, and additional soil work first.

Commercial properties often require a little more coordination around access, schedules, tenants, customers, employees, and other work happening on site.
We work with property managers, business owners, and commercial clients to plan the project around those needs and keep communication clear from scheduling through completion.
New sod needs frequent watering at first so the grass and soil underneath stay moist while roots begin to establish. Watering can gradually be reduced as the lawn becomes rooted.
Neither option is automatically better for every property. Sod provides an established lawn surface immediately, while seed typically takes longer to fill in and mature. The right approach depends on the property, grass type, budget, timing, and the result you are trying to achieve.
Sod itself does not correct an underlying drainage problem. If water is collecting, moving poorly, or washing through an area, the grading or drainage issue should be addressed separately.
There is no single timeline for every lawn. Grass type, season, watering, soil conditions, sunlight, and weather all affect how quickly the sod becomes fully rooted and ready for normal use.
Yes. When removal is needed, our sod installation process can include removing the existing turf, weeds, roots and debris before grading and preparing the soil for new sod.
