We are looking for an experienced lawn care and landscaping technician who is comfortable performing lawn maintenance and helping complete landscaping projects.
This is not an entry-level position. Previous hands-on lawn care or landscaping experience is required.
The right person understands how to work efficiently without sacrificing quality, can safely operate lawn care equipment, and takes pride in leaving each property looking its best.
If you have industry experience, show up on time, work hard, and care about doing the job right, we’d like to hear from you.
Pay: $19-23+ per hour, based on experience.
Performance-based raises & opportunities for increased responsibility are available.
Schedule: Consistent weekly schedule.
Hours: Typically 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Start and end times may depending on workload, weather, and the season.
Location: Team members meet at our company location in Rolesville, NC and ride in a company vehicle to scheduled job sites.
Previous professional lawn care or landscaping experience
Dependable and able to arrive to work on time
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Comfortable performing physical outdoor work throughout the day in heat and changing weather conditions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
We are looking for dependable individuals to distribute door hangers in residential neighborhoods throughout Rolesville, Wake Forest, Raleigh, and surrounding areas.
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being responsible for completing assigned routes correctly.
The schedule is flexible, making this a good opportunity for someone looking for additional part-time income. There may also be opportunities to move into an entry level lawn care or landscaping position for the right person.
Pay: $0.25 - $0.35 per door hanger (average - $11 - $14+ per hour).
Earnings will depend on walking pace, route, and the number of door hangers completed.
Schedule: Flexible, self-paced scheduling within the available distribution times.
Routes are generally available: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Weekend routes may also be available.
Hours: We are looking for individuals who can commit to approximately 10 or more hours per week.
Location & Transportation:
- Routes are located throughout Rolesville, Wake Forest, Raleigh, and surrounding areas.
- Having your own reliable transportation to assigned routes is preferred.
- Depending on the route and schedule, there may also be opportunities to meet at our Rolesville location and ride to the distribution area.
Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
